eh, yeah they put it all on their religion, but when you boil it down politically it's nothing but fascism. european fascism was also somewhat rooted in religion, specially in Portugal, so there's a flimsy connection there aswell

theocratical fascism maybe? to not call it corporatist. it's fascism, ok, shoot them

fascism is also rooted in nationalism, which is not the case in ISIS

are you sure? the caliphate sounds pretty nationalistic to me, specially considering its ethnic connotations

MASH'ALLAH, MOSUL IS LIBERATED

Nearly 9 fucking months later, the city is finally free from the grasp of the Daesh scum.

It had taken many lives of the Iraqi people, many of the armed forces were killed as well, but it was a valiant effort that was not in vain.

Finally

as a result of this and Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham getting kicked out of negotiations , sparked a renewed "civil war" in the rebels largest pocket of Idlib (pictured) with Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham (Al-Qaeda)(Dark Green) fighting for control against Ahrar Al-Sham (Light Green)for the leadership over the revolution.

it's been 48 hours and both sides refuse to quit, which has sparked tension in Turkey to the point of mobilization on the borders with Idlib.
