would this someone else be upset if they learned about it? if yes, then the only answer is yeah you're both being kind of shitty and selfish. but acting on those feelings is significantly worse. flirting is mostly harmless but inviting someone over to your house, or going over there and banging his brains out ramps up your selfishness about 100% (his as well) and makes him a pussy who's too afraid to tell his girlfriend that maybe he doesn't have it in him to be monogamous (if that's what the situation is supposed to be) and so he has to sneak around like a scared weasel. I'm not sure how anyone could be a part of something like that and not feel awful about it.

that's sort of a completely different point. it's different when *~feelings~* are involved, kramer-man. that girl may not see things that way and be truly hurt by their go-forthing-and-fornicating. I mean if you see things that way, and you won't feel bad about it, then go right ahead, but I'm not sure why you'd ask that question in the first place unless somewhere in the back of your head you felt like a turd about it. I just can't see how it's worth the 2 and a half minutes he takes to bust a nut after seeing those glorious buns if you're going to feel guilty and the other chick is going to be upset, AND the dude feeling like shit as well is a very real and maybe even likely possibility. your lack of control could essentially ruin three relationships, and all you got out of it (potentially) was one night of confliction-filled fun.
but then again you might just not give a hoot, he doesn't give a hoot, and the other girl doesn't care/find out.

idk if i really like this view on the situation because i think the fact that we can love each other is great! it is the only wonderful thing about being alive we can love each other and more importantly be considerate to the feelings of others we get to choose if we can hurt someone or not and at least for me its a much better feeling to know that even if i didn't get something i want i avoided hurting aomeone
