I've been sweating buckets all day, slept pretty well but woke up at 3pm lol
Like I went to bed at 6 when I eventually crashed but I had no problems sleeping, usually I struggle with this if I do alot of coke

drink a lot of water it can dehydrate u pretty bad especially with the sweating. i didn't drink enough and got dehydrated to the point where i got a uti. pissed blood for like three days

try to space doses out too especially if ur feeling a lil sad or anxious today. doing it too often can permanently damage ur serotonin receptors
