the 99 viaduct bridge in seattle is closing for two weeks while bertha drills a big ass hole underneath it. they closed it because the bridge is unstable and there's a risk it could crumble.

local wolf trainer finally got his wolf on the boat

to celebrate he wanted to take a picture with the wolf

he looks disgruntled because the wolf refuses his request, as seen by him trying forcefully to face him towards the camera in vain

ok

a) that wolf is dead

b) that's a worker (wearing gloves and work attire), i'm gonna guess a biologist or at the very least an animal handler

c) that wolf looks dry, so it's at least not recently out of the water

I'm gonna say they tried to rescue that wolf but they failed, and it was dead on arrival.
