turns out my anemia is actually fairly under control, it’s there but it’s not what’s causing my problems. i got nerve damage from anesthesia that i think i already mentioned having a bad reaction to so now i have some form of autonomic dysfunction and whenever i stand my heart rate goes from about 70 to 120 bpm but my blood stays in my legs so my brain decides that i should probably faint as soon as possible

doing relatively ok, i think?? made a lot of positive changes and stuck to it, which hasn't slowed the influx of random bullshit inconveniences that keep hurtling my way, but im able to cope with them better i suppose???
