It was blind until late game where I started looking at drop rates for shards. It was around when I beat Bed of Chaos and Nito. Also thanks, it has a lot of magic protection as well as lighter than other things. I don't keep both weapons on though, I just had those equipped to show what I was using originally, having two weapons equipped makes me too slow.
