what i am saying is just that the games are so similar that you get tired of the experience (the greater experience- even if the writing or setting is different) after one game. therefore, people who played 3 first and most like 3 more and people that played NV first and most like it more. by the time they start the other game theyre just tired of the similarity. this is just a pet hypothesis from my experience. i know a few people who fit the pattern, niki does not. i havent even made any comparative argument about the games because asking someone for details is like pulling teeth
