if you are not facing an audience, do not dare hum or whistle. this is unacceptable. it is loud and piercing i wont have it. my earphones cannot overcome the rumble of a hum or the tone of the whistle. i cannot escape. id rather they turn on a strobe light at random so that at least closing my eyes will provide me with some release
Tell them that you usually whack it alone in there after work and for them to respect your privacy
