Iran I don't know too much about with their relations with the Kurds
But Turkey will never allow autonomy or anything of the like as long as a dictatorship is in power, since they discriminate the Kurds horribly. So much so that I can see another genocide happening because of the current leader.
Autonomy in Iraq though seems incredibly promising, seeing as even Sadam was trying to set up this for them. Now under a "democratic" government with US backing bother Iraq and the Kurds, I can see them holding on to their newly declared country.
