I wanna play WoW because i love that game but I don't want to play WoW because it will be the last nail in my lonely coffin but I wanna play WoW because who cares, right? it's not like shit is going to change anytime soon but I don't want to play WoW because really, I shouldnt, I have responsibilities

probably not worth it tbh in true blizzard fashion they made a ton of changes that are super good and legion is the best expansion in a long time but also they added some FUCKING STUPID shit too. massive time gates on just about everything, the new artifact weapon system, while cool, punishes you if you want to play more than 1 spec in your class, and there are like 6 legendaries for each class that they added but they're massively low drop rate rng bullshit.

the story experience is cool as hell though and the new raid is fun. the new way dailies work is great too. i'm enjoying it but i don't know if someone looking for a reason to come back to WoW would find it with legion especially since you're going to be really far behind in the time gated bullshit with no real catch-up mechanics to help.
