saw hardcore henry the other night, that fully POV movie shot with gopros.

it was all right. more of an experience than a movie, akin to those virtual rollercoaster rides in malls. even through it's already fast and in first person, there's still cuts to a bit later on, which is understandable, but still comes off as jarring. a lot of how it's set up pacing wise feels so much like a video game without actually being one.

sharlto copley is really fun in the movie though. the whole movie is fun. seems like it would've been a blast to film.

worth seeing once. if you get motion sickness easily, maybe don't.

yeah i thought the concept was pretty cool but it looks like it would really wear thin after like 30 minutes much less a full length of movie

it reminded me of Crank in first person, but without the endearing dialogue. most of the script is just exposition. I don't really understand the bad guy but w/e.
