anybody see this yet? I went and saw it late last night and to be honest it was actually really good. Definitely the best Avengers movie so far (no it is not a captain america movie fuck off)
aside from Spider-Man, whose involvement was kind of forced and questionable, nobody was really underused. considering there's like 12 heroes in this movie that's impressive, since in the first avengers they couldn't even juggle 6 without some horribly shit subplot about how hawkeye isn't even in 80% of the movie and is a bad guy for another 15% of it. Black Panther was FUCKIN awesome and i can't wait for that movie now. I was a bit disappointed they didn't bring the guardians o' the galaxy in for this one, but i think they're supposed to be in the next official avengers movie.
they did a pretty good job with some double misdirection plays to confuse and keep you guessing, which I was pretty happy for. overall, I mean, you're still not gonna get as focused a story as with the individual movies, obviously, since this is basically an avengers movie and there's just too many characters to have that kind of laser focus, but it was really good.
