example: cilantro. i have that gene or whatever is wrong with my tongue where cilantro tastes like soap. i have to take it out of my tacos and pho or else it completely overpowers any other flavor of the food i'm eating.

from what I can tell we refer to coriander as the seeds of cilantro rather than the actual herb, the leaf. it makes sense to separate the two because you use them for completely different things.
